error message of TMPGEnc

hi there,

Could anyone tell me how to fix this please............

I am actually trying to convert .avi to mpeg using TMPGEnc. However, a error message pop up saying
" The resolution of the video is illegal,
The windows size needs to be set between 8x8 and 4088x4088
The width and height of window needs to be multiple of 8"

It would be great if anyone could tell me how can I configure my settings in order to convert the file....

Set the encode screen resolution in the first option window to 352x240, 480x480, or 720x480 if you are using NTSC. Chose the resolution that most closely matches the resolution of your avi.

I have managed to start the conversion...however, the other error message pop up............
"STREAM WRITING ERROR"

Please someone help me to figure out what's went wrong....
