Hello

I have had my Apex AD 500 A for about 3 years now, its been great, it plays anything I put in it.

I have not had a problem till now.

The problem is it will "Stutter" or "Pause" or play "Jerky" sometimes.
This only happens w/ DVDs not VCDs.

Could it be my lens needs cleaning, (but its only happening w/ DVDs so that doesn't seem like it would be the problem).
Or, could it be the Apex is ready for eternal sleep.

I keep my DVDs/ VCDs/ CDr etc.. very ,very clean.
