Tmpg shutdown option disappeared

Hey, I've been encoding with tmpg within the past few weeks and just two days ago, my shutdown checkbock disappeared. Usually, I would leave my computer on overnight and would have that option check. But that one time, the option disappeared. I re=installed tmpg and still the checkbox didn't come back. I don't know what I did or what happened, does anybody have any idea what happened or how to fix it?

I think it has to do if you used the Wizard when you started,
or maybe you need to use the batch encode.
