Upside Video---Please Help

I recently just got a movie off the net. It was a divx.avi file. The picture is upside down when I play it back!!!!! Is there any way to convert this to get it turned back around the right way?? Thanks in advance!!! Bill

I'm guessing that you are using media player. If so try turning hardware accellaration down. Just right click and look through options. That usually will fix it, I doubt very seriously that it was accidentally encoded upside down. That would be pretty hard to do.

You might want to download one of the custom divx players, they handle divx playback much better than media player.

other than that you could always flip your monitor upsidedown and watch it?
