IS THERE ANYWHERE IN THE UK THAT WILL CHIP MY PANASONIC PORTABLE DVD L75 PLAYER THAT IS US SPEC TO MULTI-REGION.IVE TRIED TECHTRONICS BUT THEY WONT CHIP A NON UK PLAYER FOR SOME REASON
