  1. I'm trying to convert the audio 44100Khz to 48000Khz to make DVD-VCD!!!

    I'm using the vcdhelp guide on "How-To Make DVD-VCD" and it said to use TMPGEnc to "Launch TMPGEnc and select File->Mpeg Tools->Simple Demultiplex and open the .dat video file from the VCD folder MPEGAV as Input and select where to save the output and hit Run. Now you got the video and audio in separates files."

    after it said "Step 2 - Convert the audio to 48 khz MPEG1 Layer2 or PCM or DD

    Use ssrc as the sampling rate converter(44hz to 48khz) in tmpgenc instead of tmpgenc owns, download ssrc here. Extract it to the tmpgenc folder. In Tmpgenc select under Option->Enviromentel setting->External tool->Sampling frequencer converter and select browse and and select ssrc.exe from where you extracted ssrc.

    In TMPGEnc, open now the audio(.mp2) file as the Audio source and select Audio only, change under Settings the Sampling Frequence to 48 khz and hit Encode (use toolame as external audio encoders if you are not happy with the tmpgenc audio quality).

    Note! If you are using Authoring with DVDit SE/PE you don't have to follow this because it reencodes the audio itself but to PCM(DD if using PE) audio and then you don't fit as much as using mpeg audio but it will work also."

    this is where I'm having problem... when trying to insert the "mp2 file (Audio)" by clicking "Browse" then finding the "file" after I click open... TMPGEnc crashes!!!

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  2. I also have one other problem too...

    I'm using MyDVD and Ulead WorkShop ...
    Both of the program seems that it needs to reencode all files...
    I knew about MyDVD from Vcdhelp... but didn't know about Ulead.

    any program that can make DVD-VCD without reencode??? I want good looking menu and buttons too.

    the files that I encoded already is in:
    MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 48000Hz 224kbps
    using TMPGEnc.
