can i start two Encodings sessions at the same time with TMPGEnc.?
would it affect the quality and or something elsE?

yes you "can". It'll just take a lot longer to encode the video (and it could possibly cause a crash). I have done this in the past and it worked fine.

Best to set up a batch encode, that way when one encode is done the next one starts. I have set a dozen movies on batch encode before now, the advantage of doing it this way is that if you do have a system crash movies that have already encoded will be fine and you can just restart the batch encode from where you left off. If you set lots of windows encoding at the same time, if you have a crash you will have a bit of all of them encoded, which is no use at all.
