DTS wav file convertion

Hi there , i've just downloaded 10 wav file that suppose to be the "police" DTS tracks album .
the problem is i can't here a thing and when i've tried to play it with my dvd player software (of my hollywood plus card) i just hear a buzzing sound.

I've also tried to burn it as audio cd but the same result occur.

i'm using the hollywood plus mpeg card (dts/ac3 sound output) with an outside DTS/AC3 Sony reciever , how can i hear this tracks ?

Well , tried to burn it on CD with nero (as i've written before) but there is a buzz coming from the speakers , and not really music.

Can anyone suggest me what to do ?
