Hello, I hope some boby maybe able to help me on this!

When I rip some dvds using smartripper or dvd decrypter it will rip the film to my hard drive but it rips the audio for a special feature that is also included on the disc, any one else experienced the same or any suggestions on what I doing wrong?

It only happens on some dvds not all,
