TMPEnc question

Hi everyone, I am trying to cut a captured movie in two using the source range feature so that I can put it on two cdrs, but when I move the bar where I want to cut it in half the whole program freezes and I cant do anything. I have never had this problem before so Im asking for help to resolve this issue. Oh yeah, I am using the registered version of TMPEnc Plus version 2.53. Thanks

That used to be a known issue in 2.57 but I'm not sure about your version.
I'm using v2.58 and it works like a charm. It's a free upgrade so if you don't have any other issues to consider you might want to try that.

If I go to the TMPGEnc site and download version 2.8 will it still be the plus version or will it be the free version because I want to stay with the plus version.

Okay I got version 2.8, but the movie is still freezing up when I try and cut it. Any other suggestions? Thanks
