I'm looking to make video's that have small file sizes with high quality video. Most of the videos clips created are generally around 3-5 minute mark.
Can anyone assist me on what settings to use in Divx ver 4 or 5
I'm looking for the highest quality with the smallest file size possible. Something around the 20MB mark for a 5 minute clip. I believe I've come across a few before and their quality was awesome.
I've just been using windows media up to this point and am a complete noob with divx.
Thanks
