    i just downloaded the fomula 51 (the 51st state) movie with sam L jackson.
    when i right click it n view properties then preview i get a message..
    :video not avaliable,cannot find "vids mp43" decompressor.
    now when i preview it theres no vid..just sound.
    the video was there when i previewd it while it was downlodaing,
    any suggestions?

    i wanna get this to mpeg to vcd

    u need the mp43 decompressor.. just install it and use TMPEG to covert from avi to mpg then burn..TMPEG will pick up that u have the decompressor installed!!

    Also, try downloading the "Nimo Codecs Pack" if you already haven't.

    Forget codec packs. Take a look at my post in newby conversions. It works for me.
