anybody have info on how to change audio in a vob file. i want to change the audio from 448kbps to 128kbps, so that i can get atleast 120min. on a dvdr without encoding the whole movie?

Mpeg2 audio takes up much less space.

So when you tmpgenc the video,
you could also rate convert the audio in tmpenc.


But are you like most people, you want to keep the AC3 dolby 5.1

besweet can work with AC3 and probably do rate convertions.
