    Is there any way to connect my Web Cam to TV card???
    My tv card has svideo in and composite in plug...

    I don't have a web cam now... Just wonder how's the Quality will be if I hook these devices up... Choppy or Smooth???

    Looking for comments from Experts

    All advices are appreciate... Like what brand of web cam to get and so on.

    Most likely, a web cam will not be possible to connect to a TV card - USB is your most likely candidate for a (simple) web cam.
    I can capture 25 fps at 320*200 with my Mustek GSmart Mini 2
