    Hi..

    I have a major problem with TMP...I downloaded movies off of Kazaa and I can only play them on Divx..I am trying to convert them so I can watch them on a VCD...what is the best method to do this...I have tried using TMP to convert them (I have the Divx codecs installed) but all I get is a black screen.

    I have tried raising the direct show priority but now instead of a blank screen all i get is "avi not supported" message. What am i doing wrong?

    Okay I have changed the setting to a 2 priority and downloaded and installed all the codecs now when I convert the Divx/Avi file all I see is a black screen....what I am doing wrong?
