DVD-9 to DVD-5

I've been following the DVD-9 to DVD-5 "Full Copy" guide on Doom9... http://doom9.org/mpg/maestro2.htm.

This guide is great, although it is only for titles with single PGCs. Does anyone know how to re-use the menus from the original when there are multiple PGCs? I re-encoded and authored my DVD-5 without menus etc in DVD Maestro, but now I need to incorporate the original menus, and the rename trick and IFOUpdate obviously doesn't work.

I am having same problem. I have read the guide on doom9 about suing cce to encode extras with multi pgcs. Basically you use dvddecrypter to rip each PGC and re-encode each one. Teh I think you use scenarist instead of dvd maestro to author new set. Not tried it yet but am about to try with Monsters Inc PAL. This has a second PGC that lasts 18 secs on main film. Obviously put there to stop this process working.
