Jump to Title in IFOEDIT problem

I'm still a little confused about the Jump to Title command in IFOEdit.

I ripped a dvd to 2 dvd's and want to make the second dvd start automatic when placed in the player. I know i have to place a command in the first play PGC but how can i see to which title i have to jump?
