that explains the difference between the different DVD recordable formats? I have a DVD+RW, I can only get it to record to +RW disks, so far it doesn't even like +R disks. It seems that -R(W) is much more common, is there a reason for that? Also, to anyone else who has a phillips DVD+RW, have you similar problems?
