As yet i see there is nowhere to write a review on this player so thought some may be intrested.
Went into Asda in dunstable this morning and had look at the players they had, and seeing as the "Pacific 1002" was the cheapest (85 pound) and said on the box that it played cd-r and mp3 i would purchase and give it a go. Well i was well chuffed when i got to the checkout and the price came up at only 69.83 so there was a bonus for a start.
Got home and yes it plays everything out of the box, nice mp3 menu, used cheapo 100 on spindle disks and more excpensive disks and they all worked perfect.
Now time to try cheapo vcd's and yep same as the mp3's it worked fine.
Next was dvd-r's and yes it works lovely.
So hope someone gets some usefull info from my lil contribution.
As usual though it was the only one on the shelf, but they may have had more in stock.
Thanks for taking the time out to read this.
