  1. in the conversion section there is one guide for converting .rm files but the program it suggests you use is not made by that company anymore ... does anyone know of another program that could be used or another guide somewhere ?

  2. Try Eo Video (http://www.eo-video.com/). I've used it recently to convert some South Park episodes. It works great. Convert to avi with Eo Video, then to mpg if you need to with TMPGEnc. Hope this helps.

  3. how long does it usually take to convert an episode of soutpark (thats what I wanted it for also)

  4. It took me about 22 minutes to convert it to avi in eo video. Then it took me about 12 minutes to convert to vcd format in tmpgenc. So about 35 minutes to convert an rm south park file to vcd format.

  5. ok well I am doing to avi only ... so i will try that .... what bitrate do you recommend for divx 5 ?

  6. I just used the default settings for divx and it turned out fine.

  7. i moved it down a bit cause i want all of one season to fit on one cd
    i moved it to 400 and it looked pretty decent
