Anyone have experience with a Leadtek TV2000XP ?

I am in the US and when tuning my Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP to aquire my cable stations it only goes up to channel 125. I noticed that the card is capable of going up to channel 181, but for some reason it stops at channel 125 in the U.S. Does anyone know how to allow tunning of cable channels within the U.S higher than channel 125 ? particularly channel 143. I see thier is a custom option instead of country selection, but that only scans for 8 channels

If anyone knows of a forum or site with more info specific to this card or issue, would you mind posting ?
