A few of questions

1. I’m using vcd easy to author and burn my svcd’s it keeps coming up with an error message saying I should enable update scan offsets, I’ve heard this can make s/vcds stutter, What should i do?

2. I’m using tmpgenc does the dc component precision have any noticeable bearing of quality if so what should I set it to

3. In tmpgenc should I enable or disable no motion search for still picture by half a pixel.

10 people=10 different opinions. Best thing is to experiment yourself. My opinions:

1) Don't know - don't use VCDEasy
2) Yes - i set it on 10
3) I keep it enabled
