Hey everyone,
This is my first time to try and make a vcd. I got a few movies and none of them came with cue files. Is there a way I can burn the .bin files without having a .cue file? I am using nero right now. I am willing to get new software to get these working though. Thanks.

Diskjuggler will burn images without a cue file. Or you could use isobuster to extract the files then burn to a cd (if vcd better use vcdimager to remake the vcd images properly i suppose) ..
You can also use Virtual Daemon that mounts BINs as a virtual CD-ROM.
or you can make one yourself (ok there is a proper way of doing this) but save a file like this as a cue file in same dir might work ok (heheh i dont know -- but ive done it and it worked) ..
Code:FILE "<enter file name here>.bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:02:00

I have run into this problem a few times myself. I suggest you try CD Mate. I have burnt both video cd's and game images succesfully that did not have the .cue with this program. Nobody ever seems to mention that CD Mate can do it, but I would give it a try.
