    Is there a way to split a mpg file into 2 parts?

    yes





    you can use TMPGenc.. under file.. you will see MPEG Tools
    then click on the Merge/Cut tab

    Can I please get some instructions because I don't know how to do it. Oh and can I know how long it will take for like 700 mb file?
