Sorry if I misspelled nano second but that is how it seems like when I watch my vcd's on my MP3/VCD/CD player(no not a dvd player) here a more clear example of how it is like hwen i watch one of my vcd's and then see a frame of the next scene jump up..
Ex: fffffgfggggg
Frames From Scene 1=f
Frames From Scene 2=g
I've tried messing with the "Forced Picture Settings" but nothing really seems to 100% work or correct it through the whole video. Can anyone help or suggest what I should do to correct this, perhaps correct settings,oh and I've also tired the defualt VCD settings but that doesn't work either, this is for.
(I'm trying to convert a divx file)
