    I'm following this guide here.. http://www.vcdhelp.com/subsvirtual.htm i'm on the step where is saids ... File->Open and open the Video. what video do i need to open? the .vob? mpeg? already tried it, doesn't work.

    What do you mean it does not work? What is the error message, and are you trying to load MPEG-1 into Virtual Dub. Because Virtual Dub does not accept MPEG-2.

  3. The best way is to open a avi virtual dub does have sometime problems too open a mpg movie file

    LMAO. no wonder! LOL. I kept opening my MPEG-2 and it won't work. and i thought the guide is intented to make subtitles for vcd and svcd's, it even saids it on the top.
    How to add Subtitles to a video and encode to a VCD/SVCD(MPEG)?
