    i just bought 2 AMD Athalon MP 2000+ (2 cpu system)
    my question is: if the cpu you is higher the conversion will be faster,but does the quality will be ok to?

    Yeah. It's the same "math" being done by the processor, but it just does it faster. That thing must just whiz through encoding.

    ...that is to say: The encoding will be faster, and the end result will be equal, given equal encoder settings. As always, you can trade speed for quality (up to a certain point).
