  1. I am trying to format a Video clip, it is a movie that i have on my computer, i want to convert it so that i can watch it on my personnal dvd player to watch on my tv.

    does any one know how i do this? here are the facts about the file in the property:

    Type of File: Video Clip
    Audio format: MPEG Layer 3
    Audio bit rate: 96kbps
    Video rate: 62kbps

    any help would be great

  2. Yes, use this guide:

    You, most likely, have a DivX AVI file and it is always best to install Nimo Codec Pack to allow TMPGEnc (or any other preferred encoder) handle them properly.

    I have to warn you though that your final movie's quality won't be the best since your DivX video is 62Kbps (100Kbps is a decent quality), as the saying goes crap in crap out.
