    is it possible to convert VOB files (like some of the files here http://www.cinenow.com/uk/vobtrailer.php3) to MPEG (NTSC) on the fly?

    would TMPGEnc be able to do such conversion? if not, can you please recommend softwares that would do such a thing! and some possible tips too...

    Tmpeg will remux vob into mpg. I use it for that purpose to then create an SVCD.
