    When i try to burn anything using Nero, it just says "simulation failed" but with Easy CD Creator it works perfectly. I want to use Nero because I've heard its better. Here are my system specs:
    Windows ME
    HP 8230E CD Writer
    Intel PIII 733Mhz
    256MB Ram

    Anyone know?

    Maybe Nero doesn't work when Easy CD Creator is installed too. Deinstall Easy CD creator before installing Nero. Check the Nero's website (www.ahead.de) if there are any known problems with Windows ME or your burner. Maybe your burner needs a firmware upgrade.

    I had a similar problem. I would get an 'invalid command' when I tried to burn a vcd. I found, though, when I unchecked the 'disc at once' checkbox it would work. The 8230e, apparently, cannot handle the disc at once feature.
