    when i convert AVI (divx) to VCD with TMPGEenc the resylt are good but when i try to burn a VCD with Nero it says that the Mpeg1 file is invalid file for video than Nero convert it for long time and i do not want that!

    Uncheck VCD compliant strem in the Nero template. There's proabably something non-standard in you vcd file.
