    Hi All.

    Can anyone tell me the name of a good prog that does the same thing as merge & cut on TMPGEnc tools.
    I have some shows in SVCD on various files. I need to remove some parts and join the rest together so i can record it whit nero.

    Until recently i was using tmpgenc but now since when i move frame by frame the picture doesnt move. Only moves arroud every 30 framas and when it joins 2 parts together i see lots of squares changing from 1 to the other.
