How do u make MPEG menus with some of these programs?

How do u make mpeg menus?? can u make them just like the dvd ones where u can select stuff??? how do u do this and if theres a program with a guide can u point one out?? what is the best prog???

For a basic menu try looking to the left under Author - Making VCD/SVCD with menu. Nero can make a simple menu where you select which 'chapter' you want to goto and press that number of your remote.

For more advance stuff see if you can track down a copy of I-Author (was share/freeware but now all but impossible to find).
