I friggin officially hate DALnet! This crap hasn't been working right for the past 2 weeks, and now it is officially DEAD!
Every single server doesn't work at all now!

Sorry for the rant...You can delete this if ya want.

  2. The reason why Dalnet is so slow is because there are TONS of people on there for ( o no a bad word) warez...

I am an OP in #VCDHelp on dal.net... we hate it but we just have to stay on there because thats where almost all of are traffic comes from

So you are saying that DALNet is actually working?

I have been able to get into Undernet.

I've always had better luck connecting with Undernet anyway...

Dalnet is notorious for being the victim of Dos attacks. Its been like that pretty much since it was opened. It goes through phases, give it a couple weeks and it will probably be back to normal.

Try some of the EU servers, those are the only ones I can connect to presently.

work the best... Those are basically the only ones people have been getting on for a long time...

Try the higher ports like 7002, 7777, 8888, I always find that they are quicker. And like SteveDVD said, tiscali and jade are good servers.
