Does a 2.09 max bitrate convert to 2090000 when using MMC reg tool?

yes for bitrates between 9.9 and 1.0 you use 7 digits
2090000 = 2.090000
the program will check the max and mid ranges so if you accidently enter 2.09 it will tell you thats not correct
