    Hello!

    I have a problem...

    I have a shortmovie which is from DV-tape and I want to make conversion to SVCD.

    The Problem: Every time there is black behind and text is white it make some gaps which you can hear. And this happens always like this. White text and everything else is black. This is problem when using VBR but when encoded using CBR it works just fine. I just would like to use VBR.

    My DVD-standalone is Pioneer DV-444

    Are you using the TMPGEnc SVCD template to encode your video?

    No.. I've been using dvd2svcd's Avi2svcd, because my friends recommended it.
