i have this mpeg file with is 352*288 resolution but how can i change it to 352*240 then burn it onto a vcd
please can you help me![]()

Well this an area of some confusion. If you are going from 288->240 you are more than likley also taking 25fps PAL materal and attempting to convert it to 23.976 NTSCfilm or 29.97 NTSC.
Do a search on PAL to NTCS conversion and I'm sure you will find more than one AVISynth script to take care of the details. -
