mpeg-3 audio layer

i was converting a wmv to a divx file. i was following the guide on the how-to's. when i got to the last few steps(when it was virtualdub already). i noticed that i cant set my audio at mpeg-3 layer 128kbs. it just upto 56kbs. how do i resolve this?

I would start by installing the Radium MP3 codec if you don't already have it:
