I have tryed and tryed over the last few months to learn how to convert movies I download from the Internet to a VCD or SVCD I have made one VCD so far and it played :P :P but the picture was got that good I use TMPGEnc to Encode them but No I have a this movie and dont know what to do here is what I have. AVI format
MPEG-1 352x240 14.985fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 48000Hz 192kbps
Now what do I need to do Inorder to get the fps to PAL Or NTSC ??
If anyone would be willing to give a lil help one on one please Email me

Its not an avi if it says mpeg1.
For a vcd NTSC you need to multiply the framerate x2 in tmpgenc and convert the audio to 44khz from 48khz.
352x240 is fine. That should play ok.There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
Ok I got the audio/video changed but now I get a error Cant load p3package.dll What would cause that ?? Also When I downloaded the File and looked at it, It was in AVI format thats why I said it was a AVI movie.
