I've been trying to convert an avi-file to vcd using TMPgenc. I've downloaded the DivX 3.11, Divx 4 and 5 codecs, plus the Nimo pack. I've followed the instructions given here on vcdhelp, but when i press 'start' in the TMPgenc I get the following message:
'Read error occured at adress BFF6A285 of module 'KERNEL.DLL' with O6A8EFOC'
Then the process stops and I'm pissed off!
Does anyone have a clue whats going on???
Thanks
Martin

It seems to be an unwritten rule of thumb, but always select Video-->
Scan video stream for errors whenever using a new AVI video. Would you try that and tell us what you find?Hello.
