    Why watermark your cds and for that matter how and with what do you watermark them.... and no funny remarks BIGTREE !!!

  2. Why? Personally I don't do it. It's intrusive. How? Use Virtual Dub with the logo filter or Sonic Stream Anywhere. Just create yourself a logo in Photoshop or something and apply it using the filters in the above programs.

    I've only watermarked one VCD which I had to spend a lot of time on to make it and restore it froma bad VHS copy. I personally used Premiere 6 and the title maker it has, and since Premiere is made for processing video that will be outputted back to NTSC or PAL, it even has the proper border crosshairs in the title maker so that you don't chop it off by putting it to close to any edges. But if you're watching your VCDs on a PC, then you can shove it all the way to the sides and corners, so it doesn't matter. When you output to TV, though, you need to make sure you're not in the NTSC or PAL dead zone that TVs never display.
