I'm using windows 98 and I have no idea which version I should and use of this program. I want to make VCDs that I can skip to certain parts of by using the i-frame (is that what it is called?) feature. Thanks a lot

fyi, there are 2 version branches, the (old) stable 0.6.x branch with the latest 0.6.2 final version; and the (new) but still in development state 0.7.x branch... (latest version since 0.7.9, though snapshots of 0.7.10 available...)
at the actual state of development I can recommend the use of 0.7.x over using 0.6.2 due to the major feature enhancements introduced in the 0.7.x series, including features required for defining chapters and/or PBC workarounds to emulate chapters for non-compliant playing devices...
search the forums for discussions about them...
