    ok i downloaded a movie off kazaa and i burned it to a dvd under a PAL project because that is what the movie was so when i went to watch it on a dvd player that has played previous burned dvds, im guessing which were ntsc, it said to check my TV, but it did play on my computers dvd player. If you know how to get it to work please help. thanks

    PAL = Europe/Asia, NTSC = US. I assume you got NTSC DVD player since your previous encodes worked. You need to convert the framerate of your original file to NTSC standard (23.976 or 29.970) since, most likely, your DVD player does not support PAL. Here's the guide on framerate conversion:
