I captured at 720x480 MPEG2. Im using TMPGE. My audio was captured at 48.000 KHz 16 bit stereo. All I am trying to do is edit the commercials out. I can cut the commercials out but when I try to join the files back together this is what it gives me. I have used this exact setup before with no problems, now all of a sudden Im getting this error. Any suggetions?

yes, your audio is 48kHZ, you need to convert it to 44.1kHZ if you want it to work...

Why would he/she want to do that. 48Khz is the correct audio rate for DVD, so if that is the target then it is correct. Also, it should not affect any cutting or joining operations.Originally Posted by El Torro
BOXINGJUNKIE. All I can suggest is that you try demultiplexing your files into elementary video and audio streams (m2v and mp2) Then remultiplex and see if that helps.
