    When first opening ffmpegX the quanizer setting is set to Qmin = 2. You seem to be able to adjust this all the way up to 31. Which way is the best quality. ie is 2 the best or 31?

    An entry of 0 set the encoder to constaint bit rate, setting of 1 is best variable bit rate (but slowest), 31 worst (but fastest).

    The range using the up down buttons is 2 - 31.......I can select 0 and 1 in the Mpeg1/4 tab but not in the Mpeg2 tab. Do I just type in the number 0 in the box and that will force it to CBR?
