since i don't know how to tell what dvd's are what format exactly, i was wondering if there is a program that could read the vob or mpeg video track and tell me, ok this is ntsc 29.97, interlace, lower field first, etc. is there any thing out there like that so when i go to convert it to svcd/vcd i can get it right with out guessing??
