First off, the last time I posted this request some idiot must have reported it as a warez request and it got removed. I'm just looking for the same copy you would have downloaded from the pegasys site, NOT a hacked or cracked copy. That said...
Does anyone have a link to TMPGEnc-2.56.39.143-Plus-EN.exe or a copy they could email me? Thanks.

The copy you are trying to get would be considered illegal and therefore warez.
Please edit your post and remove the word "Plus" or it is warez and will likely be reported again by someone. There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
Wrong. The download of the Plus version is freely available from the Pegasys site and works for 14 days, then requires the purchase of a serial number to be unlocked.

Well if you used it for the "14 Day" Trial Period as it's called, and didn't pay for afterwards, than you really don't "own" a copy of TMPGEnc Plus. HOWEVER, if you used the "14 Day" Trail, PAID the $48.00 dollars, and had a "Har Drive Disaster" fo some sor (needed a reformat, fried duirng capture, etc, etc.), than I'd contact Pegasusys through e-mail and explain what happened to the copy you had, and try to get a replacement showing them a valid "proof of purchase"; maybe your Lisence Key.Originally Posted by Bondiablo

I usually "Archive" all of my PAID FOR Downloaded Software onto a ZIP Disk, because if I didn't, I'd have to pay for most of it all over again due to HD Crashes requiring a "Reformat", if you OWN TMPGEnc Plus, try contacting Pegasusys, otherwise you just have to BUY the new copy after the 14 day trial period runs out; otherwise having an Un-PAID for copy of TMPGEnc PLUS, can be considered Warez, and will most likely be reported.
My advice is to contact Pegasusys directly, and just see if they'll sell you the "old" version of "Plus", if not, this is one of those situations where you'll either want to "buy" the new version, or Downlaod the FREE version, NOT PLUS!
Sorry about that, but unless you already own a copy, Idon't thi k you can "Buy" an older version, and chances are, if you have a copy that no longer has a Valid Lisence Key, it won't be replaced, -
I never said why I was looking for it and frankly it's irrelevant since there's nothing wrong with looking for a copy of a file that was always freely available to download. Not that it's any of your concern but I already have the full version of 2.53, haven't lost that copy, don't like the latest version, already looked everywhere, wrote to Pegasys asking if it was possible to get copies of other version but expect them to reply with "download 2.58".

I have this version:
TMPGEnc-2.56.39.143-Free
and virtually every other version that was downloadable since the beginning of time.
Feel free to e-mail me if you wish. -

I checked the link and Bondiablo is right as far as the Plus version having a demo. The plus version is a full working copy with the mpeg2 encoder fully functional. It requires payment of $48 to obtain it.
The only problem I see is that if the company removes its link to an app can we provide another link or a copy of its program.
Since I don't have it I will stay out of it but I just want to apologise for my error in saying that the Plus version was retail only.
I may have misintepreted something Baldrick posted when he explained the difference between the two link versions on the tool page. There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
In the case of TMPG I consider 2.56 to be the last usable version. Apart from the consideration of needing third-party mpeg-2 support, 2.57 and 2.58 seem to give me problems with stream-reading errors when muxing or cutting. So, to look for 2.56 seems to me a most reasonable pursuit. 8)If you're looking to just "Buy" the old version of "TMPGEnc Plus", than I can't help you, most sites "remove" the old version of their software when they "update" it to a newer version.
