Ive been trying to capture from my Playstation 2 some clips off a Dvd video and I get macrovision,like some purple lines in all the picture,my capture card is a Cybermail Av,I know it's cheap and all but it captures good for being cheap and I want to get some clips off that Dvd ,any solution to my problem ,thanks.

the only way round it is to use a "macrovision buster" cable.. search on google for one.
i think there might be some sort of PS2 software that you can buy that removes the macrovision, not having a PS2 myself though i could be wrong about that. still, the cable is a good buy because you can also use it to remove the MV from VHS etc.
