help!!!!

Hi,
I'd tried to encode "DivX" to VCD using TMPGEnc.
I did evreything you wrote in your guides here step by step and after this, I'd tried to play the video on my computer and after 15 seconds the sound turned off.
What should I do?

Please I need your help as soon as you all can.

We do not know which guide you are talking about. Anyway, are your Nimo Codecs loaded, and is your Direct Show priority set to 2 or higher?

1. What do u mean in "Nimo Codecs loded", I does not using these I"m using DivX codec.

2. What do u mean "Direct Show priority set to 2 or higher?"?

Plz I'm new at this so try to understand me.

If you get an error message when opening the video or audio like file unsupported
or you get an empty(black) video preview window
or the video look wierd in the video preview window like green or purple or pink
Be sure that you have installed the DivX Codecs (both DivX 3.11, 4 and 5) and also try with the Nimo Codec Pack. If that does not work try to change the codec reader settings in TMPGEnc under Option->Environmental settings->VFAPI plug-in and right click on the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and increase the priority to 1 or 2 and try open the video.
