I'm experiencing some problems when editing with Premiere under Windows XP an AVI uncompressed file captured from my camcorder (720x480).
Once I finish the editing I start making the movie.....using Divx 5 codec....audio output uncompressed.
Final result is an Divx AVI with uncompressed sound and NO VIDEO (screen is black).
Just for the record, if I open the same uncompressed AVI with VIRTUALDUB and reencode it with the same DIVX codec and uncompressed audio (same parameters as with PREMIERE), the output is what I expected (Divx video and uncompressed audio).
VIRTUALDUB works OK with my codecs and PREMIERE doesn't
Any hint.........thanks in advance.
PS:
I reinstall PREMIERE already and nothing happens
I remove codec 5.0 and install codec 5.02 and nothing happens
